Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons wine vinegar
• 3 tablespoons water
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/8 teaspoon salt and pepper
• 3 cups strawberries; quartered
• 10 ounces spinach
• 4 teaspoons pinenuts toasted ( I have left the pinenuts out and the salad tastes fine, my family doesn't like them and they are very expensive to have them pick them out)

Method

Combine the vinegar, water, honey, oil, salt and pepper and stir will with a whisk. Combine strawberries and spinach; add the vinegar mix and toss to coat. Sprinkle with pinenuts.
