strand coconut

pastel
colored jelly beans
Method
Mix
and bake the cupcakes as per directions on mix.
When
cool frost with white or chocolate frosting. Decorate with coconut around
outside circle of cupcake.
Place
colored jelly beans in center.
Coconut
can be toasted if you prefer brown nest.
