Pasta Dough Ingredients
Place flours and salt in large bowl. Mix well and form a well in the center. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. If the dough is too dry, slowly add a few drops of water and mix. Knead well. These steps can be done in a heavy duty food mixer. Allow the dough to rest 30 minutes. Shape the dough. Allow dough to dry for a 10 minutes. Cook. This dough can be made ahead. After shaping, you can dry the dough overnight, or allow to dry for 10 minutes and then freeze. Submitted
