Chocolate Ribbon Pie (Fat Reduced)

Ingredients

 

  • 1 package (8 ounce) Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fat free milk
  • 1 container (8 ounce0 light whipped topping
  • 1 (6 ounce) prepared chocolate crumb crust
  • 2 packages (3.8 ounce each) fat free instant chocolate pudding and pie filling
  • 2 cups cold fat free milk
  • chocolate curls and raspberries; optional

Method

In large mixing bowl beat cheese, sugar and milk until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on bottom of crumb crust. In mixing bowl combine pudding mix with milk. Beat until smooth and thickened about 2 minutes. Spoon over cheese layer being careful not to let pudding run over sides. Chill 8 hours or overnight. Garnish with raspberries, if desired.
