Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredient

  • 3 cups rhubarb; cut in bite size pieces
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup quick oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar; packed
  • 2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup margarine

Method 

Place rhubarb in greased oblong microwave safe dish. Combine sugar, oatmeal, flour, brown sugar and spices. Mix margarine in until crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Microwave for 12 to 16 minutes on high or until rhubarb is tender

Yield: 6 servings
