Lemon Pie
Bars
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup powdered
sugar
- 1 1/2 cups plus 3
tablespoons flour, divided
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs beaten lightly
- juice of two lemons
Method
Cut softened margarine
into powdered sugar. Add 1 1/2 cups flour and mix. Pat into bottom of a 9
by 12 inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F. Mix and pour remaining
ingredients over hot crust. Return to oven and bake 20 minutes more. Cut
and sprinkle with powdered sugar as soon as it comes from oven.
