Sour
Cream Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 package Jell-0
pudding and pie filling (any flavor except lemon)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup sour cream
Method
Combine pudding mix,
sugar and water in saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture
comes to a full boil. Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice. Stir in sour cream,
blending well. Pour into bowl or dessert dishes. Chill.
Yield: 6 servings
