APPLE AND APRICOT ENVELOPES Ingredients
METHOD Mix
apples, apricots, sugar and mixed spice together. Lay one sheet of
pastry onto a flat surface. Brush with oil and cover with second
sheet of pastry. Spoon filling into the pastry and fold into a
envelope shape. Continue in this way until all the filling is
used up. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown. |
