Apricot
Whip
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup
dried apricots
- 1 egg
white
- 1 1/2
tablespoons sugar
Method
Barely
cover dried apricots with cold water in 1 quart saucepan. Boil
until soft; put through sieve.
Beat egg white with sugar to
stiff peaks.
Fold into sieved apricots. Chill
and serve with custard or any pudding
