Sweet Potato Puffs Ingredient
Boil,
peel and mash potatoes. Add
salt, pepper and butter. Add eggs, and beat vigorously until
potatoes are perfectly smooth and fluffy. Add milk, and continue to
beat. Mixture should be quite moist. Turn into buttered
casserole, and bake at 450°F for about 15 minutes or until rough crest
of potatoes shows brown points. Yield: 2 servings |
