Sweet
Potato Casserole
Ingredient
- 3 cups
sweet potatoes, mashed
- 1/3 cup
white sugar
- 2 eggs,
beaten
- 1/2 cup
cream
- dash of
salt
- 1 1/2
teaspoons vanilla
- 3
tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup
flour
- 1 cup
pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup
brown sugar
Method
Combine
the sweet potatoes, white sugar, eggs, cream, salt, vanilla and butter
and mix well.
Pour into well buttered
casserole. Mix flour, pecans and brown sugar and sprinkle evenly on
top.
Dribble 3 tablespoons butter
over all. Bake at 350°F. for 35 minutes.
