Strawberries and Blueberries in Orange Cream

Ingredient

• 1/2 cup whipping cream 
• 1 tablespoon sugar 
• 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt 
• 2 tablespoons orange liqueur (i.e.. Grand Marnier) 
• 3 cups sliced strawberries 
• 1 cup blueberries 
• fresh mint leaves (optional) 

In chilled bowl, whip, whipping cream until lightly whipped; add sugar and whip until it holds its shape. Fold in yogurt and orange liqueur. In serving bowl, combine strawberries and blueberries. Spoon whipped cream mixture over top and mix lightly. Spoon into stemmed glasses. 
Garnish with fresh mint.
