Caramel Pudding

Ingredient

  • 3 tablespoons white sugar 
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar 
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch 
  • 1/4 cup cold water 
  • 2 cups boiling water 
  • 2 tablespoons butter 
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 
Method 

Melt sugars in frying pan. Mix cornstarch with cold water and add to boiling water. add caramelized sugar. Cook a few minutes longer. Pour into dessert dishes. Chill and serve with whipped cream. 

Yield: 4 servings
