Baklava Ingredients
Combine
nuts, 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon, clove and mix well. In
a 12 by 16 by 2 inch baking dish, brush the bottom with melted butter. *
Place 3 - 5 leaves in bottom of pan. Pour small amount of butter
over leaves. Sprinkle with nut mix. Repeat from * until all
leaves , butter and nuts are used, ending on top with layer of leaves. Score
the top sheet with a sharp knife into squares. In a saucepan
combine water, 2 cups sugar, honey, cinnamon stick, lemon juice and
lemon or orange rinds. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes, let
