Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup sugar 
  • 1/3 cup cocoa 
  • 1 1/2 cups cold whipping cream 
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 
Method 

In small mixer bowl, combine sugar and cocoa. 
Add whipping cream and vanilla; beat on low speed of electric mixer until blended. 
Beat on medium speed until stiff.
