Moon Cookies 1
Ingredients
- 1 cake
mix
- 1/2 cup
oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 to
1/2 cup water
Method
Mix
all of the above and fill "muffin top tins" (nonstick
and floured) with about 1/4 cup mix per cookie. Bake at 350°F
for 15 to 20 minutes.
Test with toothpick as for
cakes. Cool in tins on racks for 5 minutes. Loosen
cookies, if necessary, and INVERT onto cooling racks.
When cool, frost cookies
(bottoms up) with frosting of your choice. Canned frosting
worked just fine.
Yield:
12 cookies.
