Jelly Cookies
Method Sift together corn starch, sugar and flour; add margarine and mix like pie dough until it forms a ball. Put in refrigerator and chill about 1 hour. Shape into 1 inch balls; put on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork. Make indentation in the middle. Bake in 350° F oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Fill center with jelly. For variation, roll balls of dough in finely chopped nuts and flatten out on cookie sheet. Submitted
