Eskimo Cookies

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup butter
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 tablespoon water
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 cups rolled oats

Method

Mix sugar and cocoa. Add butter, water and vanilla. Mix in rolled oats. Refrigerate over night. Roll into balls and roll in powdered sugar.
