Mexican Chocolate Sauce


 
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 1 cup chocolate -flavored syrup


Method

In small saucepan, combine cocoa, cornstarch and cinnamon. 
Stir in orange juice and orange peel. 
Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes or until bubbly and thickened. 
Stir in chocolate syrup; mix well. Cool. 

8 servings (1 1/2 cups).
