A very easy candy to make, only 3 ingredients or a smooth chocolate fudge;
either recipe is mouth watering

What you Need

Instructions

Place these crunch clusters; which only require 3 ingredients to make, in a double paper candy cups in contrasting colors or you can buy the foil ones in gold or silver, then pack in either a decorative box or a nice Christmas tin like the picture below.

Chocolate Fruit Clusters
  • 8 ounces high quality semi sweet chocolate
  • 1 1/2 cups hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. In the top of a double boiler, over low heat, stir chocolate until melted. Remove from heat and stir in nuts and raisins. Mix to coat all the pieces. Place heaping teaspoonfuls of the mixture on the prepared sheet. Refrigerate until set. The clusters can be store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 months.

Yield: 30 clusters This is the kind of tin I used for my candy. They are not terribly expensive
