Fat Free Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 2 bars of fat free cream cheese
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 egg whites or egg substitute
• 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust

Method

Soften cream cheese and add to rest of ingredients. Blend until smooth and pour into crust. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
