Rice Casserole Ingredients
Method Melt butter in a skillet; add onion and sauté. In a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, add uncooked rice. Over this pour the consommé and bouillon; stir in onion and butter. Bake covered at 350°F fro 30 minutes or longer if needed. Uncover during the last few minutes for rice to brown. Yield: 4 -6 servings Submitted by: P. Austin |
