Hash Brown Casserole 

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes (2.2 pounds)
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese medium or old
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • pepper to taste

 Method

Gently mix potatoes, sour cream, soup, cheese and pepper. Pour into ungreased 9 by 13 inch pan. Crush the corn flakes and spread over the top. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake uncovered for one hour at 350°F.

Yield: 8 - 10 servings
