Fudge 1
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups white
sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine;
melted
- 5 ounces evaporated
milk
- 7 ounces marshmallow
cream
- 12 ounces semi sweet
chocolate chips; melted
- 3/4 cup walnuts;
chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
extract
Method
Line a 9 inch pan with
foil that extends over sides of pan; butter foil. In a saucepan, combine
sugar, margarine, and milk. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring
constantly. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add
marshmallow cream and chocolate chips; blend until smooth. Stir in walnuts
and vanilla extract. Pour into prepared pan. Cool to room temperature.
Yield: 36 pieces
