Quick Pralines

Ingredients

• 3 ounce box butterscotch pudding
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup evaporated milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups pecans pieces

Mix all ingredients, except vanilla and pecans. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add pecans and vanilla, stir and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Drop by tablespoons on waxed paper.
