LAYERED
PEPPERMINT CHILL
Ingredients
- 12
marshmallows
- 1/2 cup
chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup
crushed peppermint canes
- 2 cups
heavy cream; whipped
- 1 cup
graham cracker crumbs
Method
Cut each
marshmallow into 6 or 8 pieces. Fold nuts, crushed candy canes and
marshmallows into the whipped cream. Butter an 8 inch square pan. Line
bottom and sides with half the graham cracker crumbs. Spoon creamed
mixture into pan then sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top. Chill for 24
hours.
