Delight
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups
sugar
- 1 cup
evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup
butter
- 1/4
teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups
mini marshmallows
- 3/4 cup
nuts; chopped
- 1 teaspoon
vanilla
- 6 (ounces)
semi sweet chocolate chips
- 6 (ounces)
milk chocolate chips
Method
In
large saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter and salt. Bring to a boil
and boil for 6 minutes. Remove and stir in marshmallows, nuts and
vanilla. After
marshmallows have melted, divide the mixture.
To half of it, add semi-sweet
chocolate and stir until melted. Pour into an 8" square buttered
pan. To remaining mixture add the milk chocolate chips. When
chocolate has melted, pour mixture over first layer. Chill and cut
into squares.
