Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 egg
white, unbeaten
- 2
tablespoons milk
- 2 1/3 cups
sifted powdered sugar
- 2 squares
unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2
teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup
chopped nuts
Method
Mix egg white
with milk. Gradually stir in powdered sugar. Melt
chocolate and add to sugar mixture with vanilla; beat until well blended. Stir
in nuts. Spread on buttered pan or platter. Chill until firm;
cut into squares.
Yield: 18 -
20 pieces.
