Quick Fudge

Ingredients

• 4 squares unsweetened chocolate
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 egg; beaten slightly
• 1 pound confectioners sugar
• 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method

Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler. Mix egg and sugar; add milk, and stir in the chocolate butter mixture. Add vanilla. Turn into a buttered pan and stir chill and cut into squares.
