& Fabulous Fruit Cake
Ingredients
- 2 1/2
cups flour
- 1
teaspoon baking soda
- 2 2/3
cup (28 ounce jar) mincemeat
- 1 can
sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups (
1 pound) mixed candied fruit
- 1 cup
chopped nuts
- 2 eggs
slightly beaten
Method
Preheat oven to 300°F. Grease
and flour 10 inch bundt pan. Sift flour and soda.
Mix in remaining ingredients
and bake for about 1 hour and 50 minutes until done.
