2 Minute Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 4 ounces self raising flour 
• 4 ounces castor sugar 
• 2 level tablespoons cocoa 
• pinch of salt 
• 2 ounces melted butter 
• 1/2 cup milk 
• 1 egg 
• a little vanilla essence 

Place all ingredients into a bowl in the above order. Beat well for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 7 inch cake tin. Bake for 35-40 minutes in 350°F.
