Coconut Cake

Ingredients

• 1 yellow cake mix
• 1 can cream of coconut
• 1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1 small bag coconut

 Method

Mix yellow cake according to box, add 1/2 cup or more coconut cake. Bake according to directions. While cooking, mix cream of coconut and Eagle Brand. After cake is done, take out of oven and while hot poke holes all over. Pour the coconut mixture over slowly and let soak in. Put in icebox until cold. After it is cold put cool whip over it and sprinkle with coconut. Store in icebox
