Cobbler Cake
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter or
margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups any canned
fruit that you'd like with juices
Method
Reserving 1/2 cup sugar,
mix all ingredients together well. Pour evenly into a 9 by 13 inch
buttered pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup sugar on top. Bake at 350°F for
approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown.
