Chocolate Cake 1 Ingredients
Spray a 9 inch square baking pan. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, soda and salt. In a medium bowl whisk together egg whites, water and corn syrup. Add to flour mixture; stir until smooth. Pour into pan and bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. If desired sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Yield: 16 servings |
