Angel Cake 1

Ingredients 

• 1 angel food cake
• 1 package dream whip (2 envelopes)
• 1 cup cold milk
• 1 jar apricot baby food
• 1 teaspoon instant coffee
• 1 tablespoon cocoa
• 1 tablespoon confectioners sugar

Method 

Slice angel cake crosswise once. Prepare 1 envelope dream whip using 1/2 cup of milk.
Mix in apricot food and spread over lower half of cake. Prepare second envelope of dream whip, then mix in coffee, cocoa and confectioners sugar. Place upper half of cake on lower half. Frost the entire cake.

Note: You can use the fruit of your choice. I tried this with a jar of peach baby food and it was delicious.
