Chocolate Raspberry Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of chocolate raspberry chips 
  • 1/2 cup of butter 
  • 1/2 cup of sugar 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1/2 cup of flour (all purpose) 
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder 
Topping 
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate raspberry chips 
  • 1 tablespoon butter 
  • 1 tablespoon water 

Method 

Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips with butter. Stir in sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder. Mix well with a fork. Pour into a greased 8x8 square pan. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minuets. 

Topping 

Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips with butter and water, mix well. Spread over cooled brownies. Serve with raspberries if desired.
