Easy Blender Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi sweet chocolate 
  • 1/2 cup boiling water 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 cup heavy cream 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 
  • 1 tablespoon rum (optional, but delicious) 

Method 

In blender, combine chocolate and water and process for 15 seconds. Add egg and mix until blended. Add cream and process 1 minute. Add vanilla and rum process 10 seconds. Pour into glasses and chill until set
