Ingredients

• 1 ounce Scotch

• 1 ounce Blue Curacao

• 1/2 ounce lemon juice

• 1 dash bitters

Method 

Mix all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Found in throwaway add from the liquor store.
