Ingredients
2 cups boiling water
4 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup dry instant coffee
Boil this together; then remove from heat and add
12 ounces brandy
1 vanilla bean
Pour into a large bottle and seal.
Let stand 30 - 90 days before serving.
