Lemonade

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups lemon juice 
• 3 cups Sugar Syrup 
• crushed ice 
• water 

Method 

Mix lemon juice and Sugar Syrup together. 
Pour 1/4 cup in each glass. Fill glasses with crushed ice and water. Garnish with mint leaves or cherries. 

Ingredients 

• 2 cups water 
• 2 cups sugar 

Boil water and sugar together for 5 minutes, stirring only until sugar is dissolved. Chill and store in covered jars until ready to use. 

YIELD: APPROXIMATELY 3 CUPS
