Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

• 2 squares unsweetened chocolate 
• 1 cup water 
• 6 tablespoons sugar 
• pinch of salt 
• 3 cups of milk 

Cook chocolate and water over medium heat until chocolate is melted. Add sugar and salt; boil 5 minutes stirring constantly. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly until hot. Beat until frothy; serve immediately. 

For variety, serve with marshmallows, whipped cream or long cinnamon sticks.
