Ingredients

cups chunks ripe mango or sweet papaya or pineapple or fresh peaches
- 1 1/2
cups orange juice
- 1 1/2
cups cold water
- 2
tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice
- 1
tablespoon sugar or honey to taste
Method
Combine all
ingredients in a blender and process at high speed for about 1 minute.
Pour through a strainer and serve over crushed ice.
